SHOALHAVEN ON SHOW

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

Friday 25th & Saturday 26th July 2008 Venue: Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre

It's on again! It 's been three years since the last business expo but on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th July the Shoalhaven Business Chamber will stage 'Shoalhaven on Show' in the new Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre. The Entertainment Centre will be officially opened on 5th July and the business expo, 'Shoalhaven on Show', will be one of the first events staged in this magnificent facility.

Shoalhaven on Show will:

Promote the Shoalhaven as a great place to live, work and do business
Provide opportunities for local business and industry to showcase their products and services
Encourage local businesses and members of the community to conduct their business locally
Capture escape spending
Inform the community of the range and diversity of business and industry available
Demonstrate the career and employment opportunities available

The Shoalhaven Business Chamber is aiming to have 100 plus exhibitors from all types of business and industry including:

Construction
Car Dealerships (yes cars be bought inside the centre)
Hospitality – including wineries, cafes & restaurants
Local produce
Retail
Boats/Marine
Electronics
Avionics
Sports/Recreation
Education/Training
Defence

Cost of Participation: $550 (inclusive of GST) for a 3x3 exhibition space

Includes:

Exhibition booth
Signage
Individual advertising in the official Expo program
Opportunity to hold product seminar/workshop in Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre during the expo in the studio room (seats 190). This will be available on a 'first in' basis.

Program:

Friday 25th:

2pm – 5pm Exhibitors to set up displays in Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre Auditorium and Foyer

5.30pm – 7.30pm - Official Opening of Shoalhaven on Show

A cocktail party will be held for exhibitors and guests to open the expo and will provide:

Entertainment and refreshments
Networking opportunities
View expo displays
Meet fellow exhibitors
Meet with sponsors and hear from sponsors

Saturday 26th

8am – 9.45am Final set up opportunity for exhibitors

10am to 5pm Shoalhaven on Show open to the public

Day includes:

Entertainment
Seminars/Workshops
Competitions
Promotion and Advertising:

Expressions of interest will be called for in all editions of the South coast Register and the Shoalhaven & Nowra News during June

A Quarter Page colour advert for Shoalhaven on Show will appear in South Coast Register 16th July, Ulladulla Times 16th July and Shoalhaven & Nowra News 17th July

A double page full colour spread with photographs will be featured in the South Coast Register 23rd July, Ulladulla Times 23rd July and Shoalhaven & Nowra News 24th July

Shoalhaven on Show will be advertised on the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre web site and the Shoalhaven Business Chamber website

Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre will promote Shoalhaven on Show as one of their opening events
